Dimitri Demjanov, the grand old man of Estonia’s culinary scene, is Blue Drum’s partner in Estonia. Demjanov is not only the force behind one of Estonia’s most prestigious restaurants, Gloria, he is also the president of the Estonian Bocuse d’Or, the culinary equivalent of the Olympic Games. For your group, he will present Estonia’s take on modern, Nordic cuisine, where ‘fresh’, ‘local’ and ‘seasonal’ are the bywords.
