Over the past few months, Blue Drum has made a radical shift in its business approach, adopting a decidedly more international focus. The real winners will be our clientsIn a sense we’ve already been “international” for quite some time, organising programmes for cruise passengers and hosting groups from far and wide for over a decade. More recently, we’ve expanded our area of operation to include incoming tours in Finland and Latvia in addition to Estonia. The real difference now will be how we connect with clients. Whereas Blue Drum has primarily served international clients via our partnerships with local hotels and venues, we’ll now also be sourcing our own clients directly. This direct approach of course benefits theclients in terms of quality and price.
As part of our strategy to promote Blue Drum internationally, this year we joined the Baltic Event Industry Club (BEIC) and the Estonian Convention Bureau (ECB). We’ve also ramped up our participation in key trade fairs in Europe and will be exhibiting at IBTM in Barcelona for the first time. Kairi, our sales manager for the Finnish market we will take part in another – Meetings & Events 2018 – which is specifically focused on the business travel market. Keep an eye out for changes to our website as well.
Blue Drum’s multi-talented team speaks English, Finnish, Spanish, Russian and Estonian. Together with our multilingual guides, animators, artists and hosts, we can put together entire programmes in those languages as well as in Italian, French, German, Norwegian etc. To get an idea of some of the international clients we’ve already served and see some testimonials, feel free to contact us at any time with questions.
