Olavi has more than 20 year experiences in marketing, advertising and entertainment with a variety of international and local companies including Kontuur Leo Burnett, DoubleClick, Estonian Television, Estonian Channel 2, Guvatrak (local production house) and the American Peace Corps. Olavi holds B.Sc. in Marketing from Hamilton University and a Diploma in International Advertising (Dip IAA) from the Marketing Institute in Helsinki.

Regina studied marketing, advertising and tourism at the Academy Nord from 2001 to 2005. She has been working as a Project Manager in TNS Emor and Penteer. Regina has born in St.Petersburg and she speaks fluently Russian, Estonian and English.
